Actual cases........... An employee files a worker's compensation case stating a "Total disability claim". We placed the claimant under surveillance and obtained videotaped evidence showing him playing 18+ holes of golf, including teeing off, fairway shots and even putting. His case is currently under review for a criminal complaint for insurance fraud.
Another claimant files a disability claim stating, "no walking, standing, sitting, or any movements in excess of 10 minutes". This claimant was videotaped riding a bicycle with a large backpack on, mowing his front lawn, and bending down to pick weeds. He was also videotaped at a City park playing games at a children's party.
****What do these cases have in common? Other agencies worked these claimant's and either lost them in traffic, or stated they were "inactive" on most dates. WE PROVED OTHERWISE!!!!
